2008 at Shepherd

This community of believers invites you to be a partner with us in ministry. Committed to the love of God through Jesus Christ, we believe that individuals have unique insights and abilities that the Lord has granted them for service to others. The 32 year history of Shepherd has been filled with commitments to build people's lives. Our building served as an athletic site years ago. Basketball and Volleyball brought us some of our early members. Being brothers and sisters to one another, holding each other in prayer, committing ourselves to common projects - these endeavors have created blessings for others and ourselves.

While we enjoy the blessing of those who can visit and worship with us, and have the chance to see if Shepherd touches their heart, we are also grateful for the many across the United States and in countries across the world who keep us in prayer and send a note now and again.

I hope you will watch the pages of our web site, check the calendar and look forward with us to our plan to have podcasts of our services and messages in the near future.

We enjoy the blessing of those who walk through our doors believing that while those folks may be looking for a place of worship, they are also sent by God. The challenge and joy, to discover together the hope that has brought them.

And for those who are unable to walk through the door, a wish - that you will search for a church community to call your own, that you will add us to your prayer life, and most importantly know that God loves you.
