The Concept

This website is for the members, visitors and community surrounding Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church. It is intended to be informational, interactive, and continuously updated with congregation news and upcoming events. The site was launched November 1998.

Pages are structured such that ease-of-use and simplicity take top priority. Consistentency in layout allow for quick navigation through the site. Please report any broken links or outdated content using the "Report a Problem" link at the bottom of any page.

This site is best viewed using the latest in standards-compliant browsers, including Google Chrome, Internet Explorer v9, and FireFox v13. It is designed with XHTML and CSS to maximize accessibility using screen readers and other tools. Blog and podcast feeds are validated to ensure compatibility with readers and podcatchers.
